OUR TEAM

Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions is owned by Abigail (Abbie) Nielsen and her wife, Lesley. Their journey into cleaning did not begin as a business plan but as a shared commitment to hard work, community, and doing things the right way.

Abbie grew up in Columbus, Ohio, helping her parents with their luxury cleaning business. It was there that she learned the value of detail and the importance of treating every home with respect. After earning her degree from Waynesburg University, she spent years in education as a teacher and Assistant Principal in Phoenix, Arizona. During her time there, she met Lesley.

Lesley brings her own background of dedication and grit. She has worked as a cattle rancher and a Subway franchise owner, roles that required discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility. After a serious car accident, they decided to move back East to be closer to family and build something meaningful together.

Today, Abbie and Lesley run PGH Cleaning Solutions with the values that shaped them. Integrity, reliability, high attention to detail, and genuine care guide every job they take on. They are proud to live and work in the community they serve and grateful for the trust their clients place in them.
